We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst - Product with experience in the insurance industry to help define, document, and manage requirements for our Policy Administration System (PAS) and Broker Portal. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements that align with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable system features while ensuring product quality and successful delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work closely with business stakeholders (underwriters, claims, compliance, and brokers) to gather and document detailed requirements for the Policy Admin System and Broker Portal.
- Write clear, comprehensive functional and technical specifications, user stories, and workflows, ensuring they reflect the needs of end users and business goals.
- Analyze and map current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement or automation in insurance policy processing and broker interactions.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on product functionality, goals, and priorities.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility.
- Define and document acceptance criteria for features, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful product delivery that meets the specified requirements.
- Work within an Agile framework, participating in sprint
- Support the development of the product vision and roadmap for the Policy Admin System and Broker Portal, focusing on key insurance industry needs such as underwriting, policy issuance, billing, claims, and broker relationships.

Chief Risk Officer
Location: Hamilton, Pembroke Parish, Bermuda - Hybrid
Reporting directly to Global CEO/President, the Chief Risk Officer will oversee and manage all aspects of risk within the organization to ensure its financial stability and compliance with regulations and the Group level. The CRO will play a critical role in safeguarding the financial health and reputation of Relm by proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risk across the organization, working together with the rest of Relm’s leadership team to help the Company achieve its Goals, Objectives, and Key Results, which are focused on Diversification, Capital Strength, Global Expansion, Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Customer Obsession.
The CRO will be directly involved with the global leadership team’s group strategy and will be involved in regional and global (1) regulatory initiatives (2) underwriting (3) sales and marketing (4) operations and (5) corporate development, including capital raising, M&A and venture investments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment and Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize risks faced by the company, including insurance underwriting risks, investment risks, operational risks, and regulatory risks. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the insurance industry. Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate them to relevant stakeholders within the company.
- Risk Governance: Establish and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks. Oversee the implementation of risk management processes across the organization.
- Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key risk indicators and performance metrics to track the company's risk profile. Prepare regular reports for senior management, the board of directors, and regulatory authorities on the company's risk exposure and mitigation efforts.
- Stress Testing and Scenario Analysis: Conduct stress tests and scenario analyses to assess the company's resilience to adverse events and economic conditions. Use the results to inform strategic decision-making and capital planning.
- Insurance Product Development: Provide input and guidance on the development of new insurance products and services, ensuring they align with the company's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- Reinsurance Strategy: Collaborate with the SVP of Reinsurance to develop reinsurance strategies to transfer and diversify risks, optimize capital utilization, and enhance the company's overall risk profile.
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Lead the company's ERM efforts, integrating risk management practices into all aspects of the business operations and decision-making processes.
- Risk Culture and Awareness: Promote a strong risk culture within the organization by fostering awareness of risk management principles and encouraging open communication about risk issues at all levels of the company.
- Crisis Management: Develop contingency plans and protocols to respond effectively to crises or unexpected events that may pose significant risks to the company's operations or financial stability.

Product Marketer

- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on key competitors’ marketing strategies and market positioning of insurance products. Continuously monitor and report on competitive marketing activities and insurance industry marketing trends.
- Broker Insights: Work closely with Distribution and Underwriting to gather and analyze broker feedback and market data to understand broker needs and preferences. Use these insights to inform competitive strategies and engagement.
- Competitive Strategy: Identify and assess short-term and long-term competitive threats and opportunities. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership, product, and marketing teams. Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, ensuring competitive differentiation is a core component.
- Product launch project management: Collaborate with, and co-ordinate, internal leadership stakeholders to ensure well-strategized and smooth launch to market for Relm’s insurance products that is mindful of strategic goals, branding requirements, technical expertise, and market relationships.
- Product marketing governance: Understand the insurance regulatory landscape with regards to product marketing regulations. Responsible for the governance of product marketing content to ensure that it meets product marketing regulations across geographical regions.
- Content Creation: Work with the content strategist to develop compelling competitive product marketing content, competitive marketing comparison sheets, whitepapers, and case studies, driven by your research and insights. Ensure that competitive differentiation is clearly articulated in all marketing materials whilst adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Distribution, Underwriting, and other functions to ensure alignment on competitive strategies and messaging. Serve as the go-to marketing expert on competitor products and market positioning by building a competitive program inclusive of updates delivered on a consistent cadence.
- Thought Leadership: Position Relm Insurance as a product leader in the industry by contributing to blogs, webinars, and industry events. Share insights on competitive trends and strategies.

Operations Analyst
Role: Full-time
Location: Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines - Remote
- Manage and organize the submission/intake email inbox promptly, ensuring all incoming information is processed efficiently.
- Accurately input new submissions and contract details into Excel and Salesforce tracking systems.
- Review, analyze, and handle insurance contracts, ensuring they meet company and compliance standards.
- Set up submission folders in SharePoint and populate them with necessary documentation, including relevant contracts and supporting materials.
- Log and update bound business entries in our Accounts Workbook, maintaining a detailed record of contract status and compliance.
- Conduct daily reviews of the Accounts Workbook entries to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Ensure uniformity and accuracy of data and contract information across all company platforms.
- Coordinate with team members for cross-referencing, verification of data, and contract analysis.

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager is a motivated and organized professional with a strong ability to support executive leadership while ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role is critical in providing comprehensive support to the Head of Global Distribution, managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities, and overseeing office management to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
As the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining administrative tasks, managing office logistics, and fostering a well-organized, professional workspace. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Calendar Management: Effectively manage the global distribution team’s calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and responding to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications.
